JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Through the present petition, four petitioners have approached this Court, invoking its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to quash an order dated 03.09.2013 passed in Nathnagar P.S. Case no.340/2006 , G.R. No.2564/06 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. By the said order, learned Magistrate has allowed the petition filed on behalf of the prosecution for amendment of charge.

Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer of the petitioners. I have perused the impugned order. I do not find

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53300 of 2013 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 any ground to interfere with the impugned order. The petition stands dismissed.
