The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under section 498-A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners a re mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant, the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34822 of 2014 (2) dt.11-03-2015 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Khizersarai P.S.
