The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 481 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25 (1-B)A, 26(i) of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is recovery of one country made pistol with one live cartridge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has not committed any offence and has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 14.07.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
