====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 23.2.2018 seeks bail in Narpatganj PS Case No. 72 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that two cases were instituted against the petitioner for same day of occurrence; first under Section 399 and 402 IPC and the second one under the Arms Act. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 42272 of 2018 arising out of Narpartganj PS Case No. 71 of 2018 and the petitioner has remained in custody for six months. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Madhav Yadav @ Madho Yadav @ Madhav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Araria in connection with Narpatganj PS Case No. 72 of 2018.
