2. The present application has been preferred: for setting aside of the Notice dated 018-02-2026 Letter no.-274 passed by Circle Officer Paroo District 2 Muzaffarpur . Where by and where under they stated that they were vacate the land with in one weak otherwise they will forcibly vacate the land under legal process.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be answering to the notice and shall satisfy the respondent authorities that she is a landless person.

4. Learned State Counsel has no objection.
5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the appropriate revenue authorities including the Circle Officer, Paroo, Muzaffarpur for the redressal of the grievance and it is expected that if a fresh petition is filed, it will be taken to its logical conclusion by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.
