2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.01.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.11 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at the time of granting bail condition No.7(i) is that "one of the bailors should be family member of the petitioners who shall provide official document to show their bona fide." Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' family have no landed property due to which they are not in a position to show the official document relating to land while furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29504 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.30,000/-. Counsel submits that the father-inlaw of petitioner No.1 is ready to provide the official document. Similarly, the co-villager of petitioner No.2 is ready to provide the official document relating to land. As such, the petitioners seek relaxation/modification in the said condition.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners belong to very poor family and there is none who has landed property to become surety. As such, the order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1100 of 2024 in connection with Pakaribaraw P.S. Case No.508 of 2023, is modified to the extent that for petitioner No.1 the bailor shall be the father-in-law of petitioner No.1 and for petitioner No.2 the bailor shall be the co-villager.

5. With this direction, the modification application is allowed.
