JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.92 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 263 litres of liquor. He further submits that co-accused, namely, Nayeema Khatoon, has been granted bail vide order dated 29.06.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 35868 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40171 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.92 of 2018.
