Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The FIR would reveal that only suspicion is there against the petitioner and others of commission of murder of Mrityunjay Yadav. Petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is ready to co-operate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17124 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Supplementary (Pasraha) Police Station Case No. 75 of 2012, with the following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
