2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 363 & 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No occurrence, as alleged in the F.I.R., has ever taken place. The victim is a major girl, aged about 20 years, and on the alleged date of occurrence, she herself left the house and solemnized marriage with this

To this effect, the victim has filed an affidavit in the learned Court below, which is annexed as Annexure P/2 to this bail petition. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.01.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 292 of 2022.
