No. 70187/2019 the date of custody of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as 30.07.2019, as a result whereof in the order dated 04.12.2019 passed by this Court the date of custody has been mentioned as 30.07.2019. It is stated that the correct date of custody of the petitioner is 30.08.2019, therefore necessary correction in the eighth line of second page of the order is required and in the tenth line the date mentioned as 30th January, 2020 is required to be corrected as 2nd March, 2020. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present and has no objection to the same as the correction sought for with regard to the date of custody.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16077 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 the correction be carried out in the main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 70187/2019 and in paragraph 23 thereof the date of custody of the petitioner will be taken as 30.08.2019 in place of 30.07.2019. Accordingly the order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70187/2019 be also corrected and in the eighth line of the second page of the order the date of custody be read as 30.08.2019. Accordingly in the tenth line of page '2' the date mentioned as 30th January, 2020 be read as 2nd March, 2020. This Application stands disposed off accordingly.
