The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 337 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted Vitu Kumar and when the informant came to rescue then he was also assaulted and Rs. 2,000/- was snatched. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that statement has been made in para 5 of the petition that injury report of Vitu Kumar is not on record whereas Rahul Kumar, Fantus Kumar and the informant have received simple superficial injuries caused by hard and blunt substances. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25782 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 lodged Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015 against the informant at earlier point of time. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
