The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has not defalcated any government money. It is only an allegation of financial irregularity. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17844 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 07.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 07.01.2022. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 116 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
