Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 169/2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has been transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Bhola Nath Pandey. Petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2023. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 169/2022.

This is also subject to the conditions that (i) the petitioner shall mark his presence in Silao Police Station, District- Nalanda on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
