The core issue is whether any kind of degree obtained from any quarter or any institution, not having validity or recognition of the State of Bihar, can make a person eligible to be appointed as a Block Teacher.

The primary reason why the Learned Single Judge refused to grant any benefit or relief to the appellant in the writ application was because he had obtained some kind of a training

Patna High Court LPA No.1107 of 2014 dt.08-04-2017 2/2 degree from what is known as Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi, which the Learned Single Judge has held to be invalid piece of degree as well as lacking eligibility. The decision of the Learned Single Judge is not required to be interfered with. There is no infirmity in the decision. Appeal has no merit, it is dismissed.
