On consideration of the material available on record, particularly Annexure-6, the Court is of the considered view that the present application is devoid of merit as the petition is not the daughter of Sarswati Devi and as such in the absence of succession certificate no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
