Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 406, 468, 471, 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code. Petitioner's counsel submits that the allegation of committing forgery and fraudulent sale of land can be attributed to the other accused persons who have executed the deed in question. Petitioner is at best a broker and he has been implicated in other cases also by the same informant in relation to similar allegations. In the other cases, he is already on bail. In the instant case, he is in custody since 06.10.2017. Investigation is complete. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3214 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Koilwar Police Station Case No 55 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No 1984C of 2016 subject to the following conditions:

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
