JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 This application for grant of bail arises out of Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017, dated 06.06.2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 324, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and another are said to have caught the son of the informant and assaulted him. The injuries suffered by the victim are stated to be simple in nature.

The petitioners do not have any criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40027 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 antecedents and are in custody since 18.05.2018. Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioners above named, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017.
