The petitioner, has approached this court invoking its inherent jurisdiction under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to quash an order dated 22.2.2016 passed by learned 1st Assistant Sessions Judge, Begusarai in Sessions Trial No. 155 of 2015 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 381 of 2013 registered for the offence under section 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. By the said order petition filed on behalf of the petitioner under section 228 of the Cr.P.C. has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22852 of 2016 (2) dt.08-08-2016 2/2 present case was filed due to the reason that earlier son of the informant was made accused in a murder case for which an F.I.R. was lodged vide Annexure - '2' to the present petition. He submits that falsely the petitioner was implicated. I have perused the F.I.R. and the impugned order. I do not find any apparent error warranting interference. The petition stands dismissed.
