Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.200 of 2013 with certain conditions, out of which, one condition was that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,24,000/-, but petitioner could not deposit the said amount within the stipulated time and again after lapse of six years, petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33154 of 2021(2) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also the fact that petitioner did not comply the order dated 13.03.2015, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
