The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

As per the prosecution case, 171 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the bolero. Five persons including petitioner were arrested from the spot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating materials has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner
