The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 418 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner realized thirty five thousand rupees for providing employment to the complainant but neither the employment was provided nor the money was returned. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on conclusion of investigation the accusation was found false and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33842 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 final form was submitted but subsequently on protest petition the cognizance has been taken when the petitioner side filed Bhabua P.S. Case No. 408 of 2007 against the complainant earlier in point of time.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 1254 of 2008 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
