2. Opposite party Nos. 2, 3 and 5 have filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 15 it has been stated that the SDO, Sherghati, Gaya has disposed of the representation filed by the petitioner, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure - F to the show cause.

3. In view of the above, I find that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by the opposite parties.

4. Under the circumstances, the contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
