The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the parties have settled their case by way of compromise which is evident from Annexure-2. The petitioner has got no criminal history and he is languishing in judicial custody 20.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15162 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 463 of 2019.
