02. On 30.01.2024, following order(s) was passed:- "On call, none appears for the petitioner.

2. An explanation has been received from the official concerned towards compliance of the order dated 22.01.2024, wherein it has been submitted that due to heavy workload, required report could not be submitted and the official concerned has tendered apology.

3. Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the learned Registrar General is directed to look into the matter and verify the contention of the official concerned about the heavy workload. If the contention is found true, the learned Registrar General will take steps for reducing the workload and in case, the aforesaid contention is found to be incorrect, then appropriate action will be taken against the official concerned.

4. From office note dated 29.01.2024 it appears that the jointness affidavit has not been filed in terms of order dated 22.01.2024.

5. Petitioner is directed to comply the order dated 22.01.2024 within four weeks, failing which the petition will be dismissed.

6. Since no one is present on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that petitioner has been appearing in person in the present case, by way of last indulgence, list this matter on 01.03.2024."

03. Towards compliance of aforesaid order dated 30.01.2024, a report dated 26.02.2024 has been received from the learned Registrar General. The report is accepted and the learned Registrar General is directed to take steps for reducing the workload accrued upon the concerned official.

04. Office has reported that jointness affidavit has not been filed in terms of aforesaid order dated 30.01.2024.

05. For non-compliance of the order dated 30.01.2024, the present petition stands dismissed. (Arun Kumar Jha, J) Ashish/- U
