2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 107/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1)/ 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The deceased has been killed by unknown criminals. The petitioner was arrested and one countrymade pistol supposed to be the murder weapon has been recovered from him which has been sent for FSL report.

4. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after receipt of the FSL report.
