The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37 (b) (C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has been transpired in this case merely on statement of co-accused, namely, Sujit Kumar. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 67 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
