2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 730 of 2024 dated 31.12.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 112(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 10 and 11 of the Bihar Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.

The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that as per allegation, the petitioner cleared written examination for the post of police constable conducted by Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar, Patna with the help of Rahul Kumar who appeared in the written examination in his place but the said allegation is completely

No.17109 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 wrong as merely on suspicion, due to some differences found in Biometric verification when the petitioner was appearing in the physical test examination and so far as his confession in writing is concerned, the same was taken forcibly from him by the police which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a young person and has been languishing in jail since 01.01.2025 having fair and clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Heard both the sides. Though, the instant matter relates to the serious allegation but considering the petitioner's young age as well as his fair and clean antecedent and also his custody period, this Court is inclined to grant him the relief of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 730 of 2024.
