Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a Clerk of the combined divisional cadre governed by 1974 Rules and that he was transferred by the impugned order dated 30.6.2014 in compliance whereof he has already joined on the transferred place, this Court is not inclined to now examine the grievance of his being transferred on account of malice or by way of vengeance. Nonetheless, as the petitioner has not been subjected to any loss either financial or in status or even in seniority, he may represent

Patna High Court CWJC No.13934 of 2014 (2) dt.16-07-2015 to the Director, Secondary Education, who is the Head of the Department in view of 1974 Rules.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
