Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4722 of 2018 arising out of Beur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody in connection with seizure of 39 liters of liquor. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.5.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on
