2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants looted the vehicle of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the confessional statement of other co-accused persons. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. However, learned counsel for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19355 of 2024(4) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 prayer for bail and submits that F.I.R., was lodged in the year 2020and petitioner moved before this Court after lapse of four years. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and also the fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature, his prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
