Petitioner has prayed for a direction to conclude trial of Phulwarisharif Police Station Case No. 645/2010 dated 30.12.2010/ Special Case No. 6435/2010 pending before the Special Court PESU Area, Patna (State Vs. Prem Shankar Roy) in which charge has already been filed under section 135 of the Electricity Act and till date only four witnesses have been examined.

Considering the fact that the trial is pending since 2010, let the Court in seisin of the matter, expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
