The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 dated 21.01.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR with respect to the informant having been divested of Rs. 1.25 lakhs, a mobile telephone and a motorcycle was lodged against four unknown miscreants.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has transpired only on the confession of a coaccused. After his arrest in the present case, the petitioner was remanded in two other cases reference of which has been given in paragraph-3 of the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39936 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 There has not been any recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has also not put on test identification parade.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 26.01.2018, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018.
