2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2017 in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 435 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420, 409, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and it is claimed that he was appointed as a teacher in the middle school in question in regular manner and his salary has been paid upto the time of completion of his service when he retired in the year 2013.

4. In absence of any averment in the petition with regard to when and how the petitioner had been appointed nor a copy of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51313 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 appointment letter has been brought on record, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
