The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Silao P.S. Case No.48 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A, 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant-brother of the deceased alleged that his sister Rula Devi was married with Mukesh Kumar about 18 years ago, but accused persons were torturing her for nonfulfilment of dowry. The petitioners are cousin father-in-law, mother-in-law, sisters in law, father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in law.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant has not made any specific allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioners.
Considering the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that after 18 years of marriage of the deceased, the informant made allegation that his sister was killed due to non-payment of additional demand of dowry, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
