There happens to be recovery of 61 bags of rice, each containing 46 kgs. (33 bags sealed while 28 opened) from a godown belonging to the petitioner taken on hire from Arun Chaudhary belonging to the Government as claimed by the informant, the Block Supply Inspector being controverted by the petitioner, being under custody since 13.10.2019 and further, having been absent over the seizure list made the petitioner to be released on bail irrespective of presence of criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner Rajesh Nayak is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
