This matter relates to transferring the Divorce Case No.140 of 2014 from the Family Court, Madhubani to the Family Court, Patna.
The matter relates to the dissolution of the marriage. Admittedly, the petitioner, who is the wife of the opposite party, is residing at Patna and the convenience of the wife is always the paramount consideration.
Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the petitioner remained only 3 1⁄2 years and thereafter she left
Patna High Court MJC No.3014 of 2014 (8) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 her matrimonial house and never returned.
This issue cannot be looked into by this Court. It will only be looked into by the Family Court. But, for the convenience of the petitioner, let the Divorce Case No.140 of 2014 be transferred from the Family Court, Madhubani to the Family Court, Patna.
The Family Court, Madhubani, shall transmit all the connected documents with respect to the Divorce Case No.140 of 2014 to the Family Court, Patna.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
