Petitioner is in custody in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 255 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with seizure of 51.430 liters of liquor and he is in custody since 23.05.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly one and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
