Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is a police officer who alleged that 200-250 unknown persons blocked the road and damaged the bus of B.S.R.T.C.
It is submitted that petitioners are named in the first information report but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. On similar fact other accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide Cri. Misc. No184 of 2013, Cri. Misc. No. 1468 of 2013 and Cri. Misc. No. 2405 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34858 of 2014 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 2013.
Considered the facts aforesaid the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest of surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Brahamp[utra P.S. Case No. 11 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
