2. The present has been filed for quashing of order dated 30.06.2016 passed in GR No.2106/2014 (T.R.No.1063/2018) arising out of Barhampura P.S.Case No.86/2014 by ACJM-cum-Sub Judge IV, Muzaffarpur, whereby the cognizance has been taken under Sections 323 and 354/34 of IPC.

3. On the basis of letter dated 22.08.2025 of the J.M. FC, Muzaffarpur (East) (at flag 'R1'), the office has reported that the charges have been framed and the case is pending for evidence.
