JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Govindganj PS Case No. 191 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that motorcycle of the informant was stolen from the vegetable market and later on three persons were apprehended with three motorcycles including the present one. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of the motorcycle Nautan PS Case No. 281 of 2017 has been registered and from that case the petitioner has been remanded in the present case, petitioner is in custody since 28.8.

2017 and except these two cases petitioner has no other antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ashish Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Govindganj PS Case No. 191 of 2017.
