The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 409, 188/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the petitioner joined in the year 2013 as Panchayat Secretary. The earlier Panchayat Secretary did not give him charge of any document of the concerned employment of the year 2006. However, when that was made available, the petitioner immediately transmitted it to the competent authority vide Annexure 4 and 6.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Rafiganj P.S. Case No.39/2016, the above

No.26200 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 2 / 2 named petitioner, Vinod Kumar shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
