Petitioner is accused in Patna Kotwali Police Station Case No 360 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 467, 468, 469/120B of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner that the allegations have been made on some extraneous circumstances which is evident from the compromise arrived at between the parties after restoration of harmony and cordial relations. The compromise filed in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate has been placed on record at Annexure II. Petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2017 and prior to the instant case, there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

No.59191 of 2017 (3) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is suffering from epilepsy and other diseases, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Patna Kotwali Police Station Case No 360 of 2017/GR No 4667 of 2017 subject to the following conditions:

(1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
