The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 654 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 504, 307,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the fact that during the course of altercation having taken place between the parties, the petitioner is said to have stabbed the informant by a knife and the said injury has been found to be grievous in nature, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is required to be in custody for some more time, hence, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to approach this Court after expiry of six months from today.

No.16654 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to avail the aforesaid liberty and renew his prayer for bail after six months. With the aforesaid liberty, the present bail petition stands disposed off.
