The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 180 liters of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered from one Apache motorcycle and beneath straw piles. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the motorcycle in question and has got no concern with aforesaid liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.01.2022. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 15 of 2022.
