ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-03-2015 The parties agree that now the spouses have entered into the settlement by which the husband has deposited a sum of Rs. 12,00,000/- of demand draft in favour of the Complainant in the Court below.

In view of such, the entire proceeding as against all the accused persons including the order of cognizance dated 14.08.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2170(C) of 2013 is, hereby, set aside. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna is directed to release the deposited demand draft of Rs. 12,00,000/- (Twelve Lakhs) in favour of the Complainant on due verification in connection with Matrimonial Case No. 5802 of 2014. The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
