JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 14.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65331 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant causing injuries to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that while disposing the prayer for bail of the petitioner, liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge and now charge has been framed and he has been in judicial custody since 13.08.2018.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
