Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 233/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner and one Ramdana Devi are said to have assaulted the injureds Shrawan Kumar Jha and Kamla Devi but prior to the aforesaid assault, other accused namely, Natwar Jha, assaulted the injured Shrawan Kumar Jha. The injury report of injured Shrwan Kumar Jha goes to show that one grievous injury on his person and one bruise injury were found. So far as

No.20299 of 2020(3) dt.07-10-2020 2/2 injury of Kamla Devi is concerned, the same is under controversy because the Medical Board was constituted to examine the injury of injured Kamla Devi. Moreover, the petitioner is a woman and the alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, it is ordered that petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipur/concerned court in Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 233/2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
