2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2020 in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 396 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Act,2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he was not apprehended at the spot nor any recovery has been made from him. The petitioner's case stands on a better footing than co-accused Shivam Kumar @ Pikku from whose possession recovery has been made and who has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc.No. 2416 of 2020.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Be that as it may and having regard to the period of custody already suffered since 27.01.2020, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16268 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-CumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 396 of 2019, if he is not otherwise required in any other case.
