The petitioner is in custody since 16.5.2018 in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in this case since 16.5.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused of this case has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact that other co-accused has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38690 of 2018(3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Special Judge (Excise) Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil Case No. 154 of 2018.
