The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The name of the petitioner was disclosed in the confessional statement of co-accused from whose hut liquor was recovered. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18014 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No.206 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
